BOLLYWOOD THEME PARTY ORGANISERS

The Bollywood bash, as we call it, is the most popular & happening theme. It is suitable for almost every occasion, age group or season. This theme itself is a cluster of diff. themes right from the golden old days of bollywood to the current flashy bollywood. One can opt for a mixture of all Era's or choose any one Era from. The Retro Theme to “The Metro Theme”. Cut outs of stills & stars from the blockbusters of the respective era would be all around to give it a filmy effect. The set up would include props like bioscope, director chairs, spot lights, reels, flash boxes etc. Bar Counter would have a Large Backdrop in sync with the theme & a list of mocktails & Cocktails having filmy names would be placed. Food Counters will have cut outs of actors & the dishes would be named after famous actors/actresses /characters. Stewards would be dressed like spot boys. Invites to be printed in the form of Movie Tickets would be circulated also stating that special attraction of the event would be the prizes to those people who dress up best like a particular character. Various accessories like bandanas, bracelets, neck pieces, glow bangles etc to be given across to the people to make them feel the theme.

PIRATES THEME PARTY ORGANISERS

“Pirates of the Caribbean” is a unique theme filled with fun & frolic, apt for all age groups, making the event a special one to remember for a lifetime. Invitations are sent in a Bottle! Party details are written on a slip of paper, rolled-up and slided inside the bottle. As the guests arrive, pirate bandanas are tied around their heads and are placed on them. We even provide tattoo makers & face painters to add on to the theme. The decor has elements like fishing nets (from the ceiling, walls and on the tables), skulls and crossbones, bunches of blue and black balloons, treasure boxes, pirate flags, telescopes etc. The bar set up will be flex cut-outs in shape of wooden drums, decorated with pirate flags & fishing nets etc. The bartenders/jugglers would be dressed as pirates. The menu dishes would also be named in accordance with the theme.

CASINO THEME PARTY PLANNERS

Las Vegas / Casino as we call it, is a wonderful theme for a young, pepped-up & sporty crowd. Think red and black, and especially green! This theme is very colorful, lively, and flashy & serves best for the people who love to gamble. It serves as a special attraction in Diwali parties, b’day parties etc. The place is spilled over with fake money, dice, chips, colorful balloons, cut-outs and cards with lights down low. String twinkling lights & mirrors in the party room everywhere to create the mood. The area is lined-up with casino themed posters and art.

With some black, white, and red card stock; we make some great decorations. Cut- outs of large clubs and spades from the black paper and hearts and diamonds from the red are used on the tables and walls. With the white, we make large three-dimensional cut outs of dice at the entrance & inside the party hall. Great casino theme party decorations also include hanging fuzzy dice and lots of black and red balloons on the ceiling.

Each guest is given poker chips, play money, and dice when they arrive. Each guest is provided with little buckets for their winnings & a score card that keeps tracks of how many games they've tried -- this will insure that everyone's interacting. The most popular games tend to be blackjack and poker. For the non-gambling type, include simple games like bingo and other popular card games.

HORROR/HALLOWEEN THEME PARTY PLANNERS

Halloween, or spooky theme parties are always a hit, with kids and adults (big kids!) alike. As Horror night approaches, have a frightfully wicked time with a Horror Party. The entire evening will chill and thrill you! The music gets louder and suddenly you have entered the world of horror.

The party venue is filled with spooky horror decorations such as fake skeletons, rubber bats, fake tombstones, milestones, mashals, nets, flags and cobwebs. Faces are carved into pumpkins and candles set inside them to sit by the door. An enormous spider web in the corner of the yard or room adds to the theme. Dim Lights with images of ghosts and ghouls, hairy spiders and their webs, skull decorated tableware and perhaps even a fog machine at the entrance & the dance floor, all together form our haunted house. Halloween music and sound effects should be used to help set the atmosphere as part of the party entertainment.

Invitation should be novel, colorful and scary, things like plastic spiders to fall out of the envelope. Each guest would be provided with masks, skull bandanas, torches, eye patch, blood scar, tattoo etc. Our coordinators dressed as vampires would be in & around the entire place. Food & bar would also be related to the theme. Food items would be named as: frog legs for chicken, fresh blood for soup & so on.

JUNGLE THEME PARTY ORGANISERS

Safari/Jungle Theme Party is going to be a very nice idea because it will just allow you and all your guests to move into a really different zone in the world; having the sights and sounds of a lot of different animals that you would have never thought of seeing except in a zoo.

We create a stunning entrance with a Monkey Tree Arch or Snake Pit Arch. The whole area is set up in jungle style withlots of palm trees, wild animal cut-outs, hay stocks, Mashaals, animal Bones, Big rocks, skulls, Artificial Bush etc. Bamboo blinds are hanged to give a rustic safari feel to the place. A palm horizon backdrop would add beauty to the event. We create a silhouette of trees for a look of a forest that goes on forever. Animal decorations including animal print balloons and animal standees make great accents to the decor.

Invitations would be written on big leaves. Each guest would be given tribal costumes to wear, a head band of leaves/hats, binoculars & an animal mask to put on. Artists like face painters & tattoo makers would make people colorful by their own style of art. Bonfire with some tribal music in the evening serves as a cherry on top.

Table Cloth with zebra/tiger skin & table tops with flaming table torches or tiki lights and palm tree centerpieces would be used. Food such as hamburgers, pies or hotdogs would be served – labeling them with exotic names such as Hippo Burgers, Snake Buns, and Tiger Pies.

ARABIAN THEME PARTY PLANNERS

Flash back to era of caravans, the majestic castles of sultans, extravagant parties; Bringing Arab in India, feel the fantasy of Arabian nights surrounded by music and flavors. We mingle of artistic talent with authentic décor to create a unique fun atmosphere! This theme will take you back in time to the night of sultans, princesses, snake charmers, belly dancers and many a magical tale we heard as kids. Arabian mood is set by throwing in lots of floor rugs, cushions and boulders in dark colors. We place lanterns, fabrics, oil lamps, incense, and candles throughout. A large sitting area is made using throw floor rugs, colorful brocade pillows and cushions. Hookah’s spruce up the décor a bit more and add that extra something to the theme. Rich red, orange, and gold tones for balloons and streamers are used. Decor items such as baskets, rugs, and feather fans, sandboxes and fake palm trees create an ambience of Saharan desert.

The illusion of Arabian nights is created by hanging stars and a crescent moon from the ceiling or ropes. The house is given feel of a tent by hanging sheets from the ceiling and draping them down to the walls & doorways. Luscious figs and olives, a desert backdrop, good wine, delicious food and above all a belly dancer complete the theme for an Arabian Nights party.

Invitations are sent in the shape of a genie’s lamp. Guests are provided with basket full of oils and candles as party favors. Empty wine bottles, decorated with paint and toy jewels are used as Genie Bottles to serve drinks from. Sand is scattered, surrounded with toy jewellery and chocolate coins to look like Aladdin’s treasure. Middle Eastern music goes well for the night. Belly dancers are hired to entertain the crowd.

An exotic scene with paper lanterns, incense and golden candles is set. We drape sheer, silky fabric from the ceiling to create a tent-like effect. We arrange cushions on the floor and serve dinner on a low table with exotic food and large meat platters. Turkish breads and a huge collection of dips are offered.
